Async multiplayer - sending data between two players

Hello,

What is the best practice for implementing the following in a private 1v1 match

  1. player 1 sends 1mb of data to player 2
  2. player 2 sends 1mb of data back to player 1

I’ve looked at the player attachment data but that doesnt help me accessing the data for the non logged in player.

Hi,

You can use turn data within Async matches, but this is much less than 1MB (only 7kb I think). You could use attachments with the GetPlayerDataAttachmentForChilliConnectId method. You’d need to be careful to manage this if a player was in multiple matches at the same time.
